Heavy Periods

What are Heavy Periods?

Heavy periods, also referred to as “heavy menstrual bleeding” or “menorrhagia,” often cause severe cramps and excessive bleeding that interfere with your overall quality of life. With bleeding that soaks through menstrual products for hours or days in a row, it can feel impossible to keep up with all your normal daily activities – always worrying about having a bathroom nearby.
