Tim Berkowitz is Founder, President and CEO at InnovaHealth Partners, LP. He has over 28 years of healthcare private equity investing experience. He co-founded HealthpointCapital in 2002 and, prior to that, had spent more than 20 years in private equity and investment banking including as a founder of BPI Capital Partners, LLC which focused on the healthcare information technology sector.

Mr. Berkowitz serves as Lead Director of Alphatec Spine, Inc., Chairman of Koelis, SAS and Board member of Radiaction, Ltd and ProSomnus, Inc. He formerly served as Chairman of OrthoSpace, Ltd., Blue Belt Technologies, Inc. and BioHorizons, Inc. and as Director of Nexa Orthopedics, Inc. and Physician Support Systems, Inc.

Mr. Berkowitz is a member of the Leadership Council of the Harvard School of Public Health. MD&DI magazine has recognized him as one of the 100 notable people in the medical device industry.
