Nelson Whistance is a proven leader in women’s healthcare with a focus on minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. He brings close to 20 years of deep commercial experience across market development, sales management and operational leadership in both the United States and Canada. Before joining Channel Medsystems, Nelson served as VP of US Sales at Gynesonics, where he led the US commercialization efforts, ultimately resulting in the acquisition by Hologic. Prior to that, Nelson was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Prytime Medical Devices, and he served as a Regional Manager in the Surgical Division at Hologic for Gynecology. Nelson has held various sales and leadership roles for American Medical Systems, Servier Canada Pharmaceuticals, and Sysco Edmonton. Nelson received a B.S. in Education from the University of Alberta.
