Paul Russo is a proven commercial leader with extensive experience driving category expansion and market adoption for innovative medical technologies. He brings more than two decades of sales and leadership experience across women’s health and minimally invasive procedures, with a focus on building scalable teams that deliver sustainable growth.
Paul has led sales organizations through multiple stages of commercialization—from early market introduction to national expansion, including key sales leadership roles at Gynesonics, where he helped to expand commercial operations and drive adoption of minimally invasive solutions for uterine conditions by aligning strategy, training, and execution around customer success and clinical value – driving to a successful acquisition in 2025.
His leadership is defined by a hands-on approach, strong physician partnerships, and a passion for driving access to life-changing therapies.
At Channel Medsystems, Paul leads the company’s sales strategy and field execution for the Cerene® Cryotherapy Device, ensuring continued growth and expanding the company’s reach within gynecology and women’s health practices nationwide.
